He is not only a wrestling legend but also a Hollywood superstar. But this is not all. He is producer, singer, writer, even a good footballer. Only few know about the facts about him like his production house name "Seven Bucks Production ".  He told in some interview that he named his production as seven bucks production house as his first earning resembles the name. Yes, his first earning was only 7 bucks. 

Family 

He is the third generation wrestler but now he had opted te film industry as his career by dropping wrestling. He was born to wrestler family. His father name was Rocky Johnson and and her mother name is Ata Johnson, who is daughter of a wrestler. He was born on 2nd May, 1972 in Hayward, California (US).

He belongs to anoa'i family comprises of various wrestlers.

Journey

He watch his father on television in wrestling match but till that he didn't want to join wrestling. His passion was to become a footballer. His life starts in Grey Lynn, where he joined the Richmond road primary school. Then his family returns to America and there is join President William McKinley high school. After completing his 10th he joined Freedom High school. Their he joins the football team of his school.

He was getting good in his football skills so he was getting scholarships from University to join them. The he join University of Miami, where he join on full scholarship. He played for them on defensive tackle. But he got injured at certain periods, so he decided to drop the game.

Wrestling

After dropping the football, he decided to join the family profession. Then he took training from his dad Rocky Johnson for two years and then he signed contract with wrestling committee. 

He played his first match on 17th November,1996. He wins his first match, but he start get fame when he win over HHH (triple H). Then his fan following starts increasing. He wins various championship some are listed below :-

• 8 times WWF championship
• 2 times WCW championship
• 2 times intercontinental championship
• 5 times WWF tag team championship
• Sixth triple crown championship

Movies career

He started his journey in 2002 as an actor. His debut movie was The Scorpion king. Then he drop his wrestling career in 2004 completely as to give concentration on his movie career. He worked in many movies till now and gives maximum hits in his career. He started his own production house which has produces his own movies. He worked for many movies some are as The mummy return, Fast & furious (part 6-7), Hobbs & Shaw, Rundown, Jumanji, Journey 2, Rampage, skyscraper, Baywatch, Central intelligence, San Andreas, Hercules, and many more.
